- Cancelling (days before pickup): 3 days or more: full deposit back · 2 days: 50% of the deposit back · 50% of the rental fee back · under 2 days: deposit kept · rental fee kept (Delivery fees always come back in full. What isn't refunded makes up for the dates the shop held the dress for you.)
