   Step 1: Choose an item you like

   To see only what's free on your dates, tap “Pick dates” on the shop's page first. Then open an item you like.

   Step 2: Tap “Request this item”

   It's on every item's page. Tap it to fill in your details.

   Step 3: Fill in the form and tap “Send request”

   Choose a size, how you'll get the item, the day you need it, a time that suits you and how many days, then add your name and phone number. Nothing to pay yet. For items rented by the hour, under “Rent by” tap “The hour”, then choose the pickup time and how many hours. You pick up and return at the shop the same day; the shop confirms the time and price before you pay.

   Step 4: Wait for the shop to confirm, then pay

   Once sent, tap “Send the request on LINE” (the summary is typed in for you) and the shop answers in the chat. See the status under “My requests” on the shop's page. Once it says “The shop confirmed”, tap “View booking · Send payment”, then transfer the amount and tap “Upload transfer slip”.

   Step 5: Get your item, and return it on the agreed day

   This shop offers: Pick up at the shop (No delivery fee) · Messenger (Grab / LINE MAN) (Fee by distance · you pay the rider). Choose one when you fill in your request.
