How to rent online
Step 1: Choose an item you like
To see only what's free on your dates, tap “Pick dates” on the shop's page first. Then open an item you like.
Step 2: Tap “Request this item”
It's on every item's page. Tap it to fill in your details.
Step 3: Fill in the form and tap “Send request”
Choose a size, how you'll get the item, the day you need it and how many days, then add your name and phone number. Nothing to pay yet. For items rented by the hour, under “Rent by” tap “The hour”, then choose the pickup time and how many hours. You pick up and return at the shop the same day; the shop confirms the time and price before you pay.
Step 4: Wait for the shop to confirm, then pay
The shop checks its dates and gets back to you. See the status under “My requests” on the shop's page. Once it says “The shop confirmed”, tap “View booking · Send payment”, then transfer the amount and tap “Upload transfer slip”.
Step 5: Get your item, and return it on the agreed dayIn Thai
This shop offers: Pick up at the shop (No delivery fee) · ส่งพัสดุ (The shop posts it and adds postage to your bill) · ส่งเเมส (คิดตามระยะทางจริง). Choose one when you fill in your request.
Shop rules
- Your deposit comes back in full when you return the item on time and in good condition.
- A late return has a late fee set by the shop.
- Damage or loss is charged at the actual cost.
- Cancelling (days before pickup): any time: deposit kept · rental fee kept (Delivery fees always come back in full. What isn't refunded makes up for the dates the shop held the item for you.)
